Please make sure you have handed your Club championships entry forms along with the payment in a sealed envelope to Greg. Before November the 3rd.
That is the closing date for entries and no late entries can be accepted.
If you have any questions about filling out the form please ask any of the coaching or teaching staff they will all know what you need to do.
